The company manufactures and exporters of the leading commercial jets from Brazil, Embraer, forecast growth of travel demand in the aviation industry in Indonesia around six percent per year.

In fact, for some countries, demand growth will be sustained domestic demand. This is a form of liberalization of air travel demand and market growth.

In these conditions, the growth of transport aircraft is estimated to about 575 units, or represents a growth of eight percent for the global aviation for aircraft with a capacity of 30-120 seats in the next 20 years.

"Especially for Indonesia, considering the condition of the domestic passenger demand, optimistic growth rate of 15 percent in the last two years. This is a great potential for a capacity of 30-120 seat market," said Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support, Airline Market for Embraer Asia Pacific, Alex Glock, in a written statement in Jakarta, Wednesday, July 28, 2010.

Alex Glock, in his statement expressed Embraer has announced within the next 20 years, the commercial aviation industry is still promising 30-120 seats.
Embraer estimates the number of jet aircraft fleet capacity of 30 to 120 passengers in the world will increase from 4285 aircraft in 2009 to 7780 aircraft in 2029.
At this time, 51 percent of new aircraft deliveries (3495 units) will be used to support the level of growth. While 49 per cent (3380 units) will be needed as a replacement fleet has been aging. In 2029, about 21 percent of its current fleet (905 units) will still operate.
