Being a teacher is the most noble job but a job that is also dangerous for the survival of the next generation in the future. Teachers become one of the few parts that affect the success of a generation in a nation. So a teacher is not enough to just teach (convey) the material but more complex. Of so many things that affect the success and whether or not to create the next generation is the ability to understand the factors that affect classroom situations. Because teachers clearly need to be able to master class for knowledge transfer activity runs conducive, smoothly and in accordance with the noble objectives of education.
Below are various factors that affect classroom situations, including:
1. Level of mastery of the material by the students in their classes
The material has been mastered by students, both obtained from the time before, from other teachers or from the various media have ever read by students unwittingly have a significant influence on the mastery of the material. This material should be adapted to further or enhanced flexibility and depth of the material. Teachers can only do the pre test to determine the extent to which students master the material taught aka. This is important for the composition of the material being taught to be perfect and not repetitive which can make the students experience burnout.
Similarly, if the material will be delivered too difficult or high, then the teacher should make adjustments to the material, although perhaps it is not contained within the education curriculum that had been developed this is done so students can be followed by students. Negative effect if the material that will be delivered too high or difficult and no adjustments were made to the material it will usually generate less noise and a class or a serious student to follow the material being discussed.
2. Facilities needed
If a matter requires the facility equipment, media, places or certain fees and it was beyond the ability of the class / school then you should make adjustments as needed without compromising the essence of the content being delivered. Teachers may use other alternative learning method which is closer to the situation of students and the ability of the class / school. Here is a tested teacher professionalism in taking the best alternative step in addressing the problem. It could be a tool facilities, media, places and certain expenses that are not able to be provided by the class / school to be one trigger of teachers to make educational innovations that allow the material can still be submitted well in class.
3. Condition students
The number of hours of study to be completed by students in one day also become one of the factors causing fatigue of students. Students lethargic, sleepy, hungry or because there are activities to be conducted outside and so this can affect the classroom situation. This should be considered by the teachers so that a teacher should be able to adjust this situation with a material that will be / is being delivered. Teachers could be inserted into the content being presented with stories that motivate, funny stories, and / or stories related to the concentration of material that could provoke students to stay focused on the material.
4. Learning Methods
Many teachers who do not realize that the teaching techniques used to convey the material does not match the situation that this class can be boring and less exciting atmosphere of the class. Teachers should make adjustments so as not to get carried away in such a classroom situation. Many learning methods that can be used by teachers in delivering the material but it must be based on obervasi match between the material to the circumstances of students, the level of mastery and facilities needed. Do not impose a method of learning with content that is not appropriate, this will trigger a non-conducive to the class.
Professional teachers are required sensitivity in the master class situation so as to make the adjustments necessary for the effective implementation of the program's pembelejaran be achieved. Good working professional teacher ...

Build Indonesian Education
The development of today's technology has increased very rapidly, this is something that inevitably should be followed, if necessary, should be accelerated even faster for our generation not be a plagiarist or generation consumer generation. We must break away as an object / target of the countries that first mastered the technology. The development of technology that is around us is a weapon for another country to attack our generation for lame and obtuse in many aspects, so that we can certainly become a monthly state-month target of technological progress without being able to keep up, let alone create, keep up or follow alone was not capable. Generation accepted technological development is now capable of creating tremendous information explosion. If we look into the canopy about 80-year, the pace of knowledge growth running at 13% per cent per year, this means that the knowledge that will be developed into a 2-fold in just 5.5 years. This results in a particular field of knowledge becomes "obsolete" in just about 2.5 years. (Quoted from Miguel Ma.Vareka, Education for Tomorrow, APEID, PROAP Unesco, Bangkok, 1990, by Santoso S. Hamidjojo).
Acceleration technology is also prevailing in the world of education. We can pay attention to the techniques of learning innovation that exist in Indonesia today's educational world, this is one of the twisted growth of knowledge is happening in the world of education. Teachers are required to become a leader in the mastery of technology as an accelerated form of absolute knowledge must be transferred to succeeding generations. If necessary, teachers are forced to learn and keep learning so that they are not left out of science and environmental information developed in their students. Really it's not funny if it turns out there are students who become lazy learning because knowledge and technology controlled by the teacher in value has expired by the students or parents of students. This not only disrupt the learning process in class but showed a decline in the educational development of the existing environment, where society was more advanced than in the educational environment in terms of knowledge and information technology.

Approach to Address Family Problems
Family disharmony is the dreaded by one family. The number of families potentially cause problems in family disharmony. In an effort to cope with family problems (disharmony), several approaches can be used separately or integrated and multidisciplinary.
1. Psychodynamic approach
This approach seeks to understand what happened and why to arise or occur under such circumstances. Understanding the background of what the problem can be used to determine the steps to improve, develop and direct, so that changes occur as expected.
This approach would give answers about the "what", "why", "how" of a problem, (eg about disharmony in the family) and "by what" can be overcome.
2. Approach Behavioristic
An approach that focuses on the effort to overcome the symptoms (behavioral / psychological) that there is, as it appears, without the need to factor in the occurrence or "mengapanya" but directly to the symptoms. In this case needs to be associated with the principles in education or the learning process and changes are expected to occur. A symptom is considered as a product of previous learning processes that affect. Therefore, this process can be influenced by learning something else or something new to overcome or change the behavior symptoms, as expected.
3. Gestalt Approach
The approach focuses on the whole, the personality as a totality that exceeds the number of aspects of its aspects. Although the problem is contained in something or some aspect of personality aspects, but can not be seen, only on one particular aspect only. Rather it should be made to the personal as a unity or whole.
4. Counselling Approach
Through a relationship or an ongoing conversation, a person may be directed fatherly think or behave as expected. The processes of imitation (imitation), suggestion, pelegaan supportive even through the disclosure of state one's feelings (catharsis).
5. The approach through religion
A strong faith and belief is a source of strength to overcome or face the things that are not good. Religion is also the basis and cornerstone of all behavior that people do not chaotic, hesitant and easily influenced by negative stimuli coming from outside.
Similarly, some approaches that we can do in overcoming the problems of family disharmony. This is just the approach course, the problem you're the only family who knows what should be the approach to get it done. Most important is our intention to continue to improve and enhance the quality of the family.
